I've never been a huge fan of tea but whenever I'm on Vancouver Island, I love coming to this scenic setting for a relaxing tea service.

I've been to India a few times and each time I've been intrigued by the motorcycle culture. From Delhi, to Bihar, Mumbai to Hyderabad, the motorcycle rules the Indian road. Royal Enfield bikes are everywhere in India and this past weekend, I brought this one home to Arkansas to help me explore roads less traveled. #MadeLikeaGun #RoyalEnfield

Introduction

I like technology including Android, Google App Engine, Google TV, and just about anything with UNIX genetics.

Photography has been a long time hobby since I bought my first Nikon FG SLR in 1985. I credit Google+ for a higher level of interest thanks to the ease in which I can see and appreciate the work of other, more skilled, photographers.

I'm an avid espresso/coffee drinker and have been roasting coffee since 1993.  My wife and I owned a successful wholesale coffee roasting company called Jumpy Monkey which we sold in 2003.  I'm currently working on a coffee roaster automation project involving Android.

My technical job experience includes programming, system administration and architecture (Unix, database,SAP Basis) .  I have a strong passion for technology and proven track record of performance analysis/tuning at all levels of the application/SAP stack.

My leadership experience includes managing technical administration teams (Unix, Database, SAP Basis).

Above my work experience, I am most proud of my wonderful family.  I adore my wife who is the mother of my three beautiful children.

I have a life goal of someday living in Deutschland.

I have tried all the local Indian restaurants in the area. I absolutely love the Dahl Makhani as well as the Biryani. The food has been consistently good for me and my family. The service is above average as the wait staff smiles alot and are always extra friendly.

Friendly staff, very authentic and flavorful food. I've made multiple trips to India and Curry Point reminds me of the Indian food experience. The Dosas are even served on metal trays just like I remember.

My family of five enjoyed our four night stay. Great hosts, beautiful view, easy access to the beach, and wonderful breakfasts. We will be back for sure.

Because of the outstanding service, I've become a regular customer. Great espresso for my morning stop and a nice selection of microbrews for my Friday evening visit. The food menu is very creative and reasonably priced. A wonderful atmosphere.

Ordered a custom cake for both my daughter and son's birthday. Daughter's cake was a chocolate cake decorated beautifully as Disney's Ariel theme complete with sea shells and a sea theme. My son's cake was a beautiful representation if the Swedish flag. They even made my son's cake gluten free. Both cakes tastes great. Very creative.
