When the University of Chicago polls 50 top economists on subjects like fiscal stimulus and the minimum wage, I am often appalled by the results. In contrast, I wish Eliezer Yudkowsky were made King of the World (assuming there was a King of the World, which I'm opposed to).

In the past year, the ranking of Washington, D.C.'s most expensive neighborhood to rent in has tossed and turned from Georgetown to Foggy Bottom to now Penn Quarter-Chinatown. All three areas are still neck and neck.

Sure, you could download your city’s public transit maps, but that’s not as fun as these city maps created in the style of Super Mario 3.

My first cleaning here was great. Friendly staff. Was able to fill out most of my paperwork online, a major plus. Dr. Reis is quick and competent.

After having a long-planned international trip fall through at the last minute, Thelma and I decided to take a consolation trip to Savannah. And why not get married, too? Since our plan was to have a celebration with friends and family later, Elizabeth's signing-only option was perfect. Thanks to her quick response to our cold call, we were able to complete the entire process from application to officially recorded certificate in a few leisurely-paced hours. Elizabeth's service was perfect for our need. Highly recommended.

The food is king here, and it’s very good. That it's a buffet turned me off a bit, but the open kitchen lets you see they are stocking it with freshly prepared items; there’s more a risk that you have to wait for an item to be prepared than you’ll get something stale. They care a lot about ingredients, making sure you know their suppliers (Patak Meats among them) and that they don’t serve sodas or GMOs. For my Saturday lunch visit they had kielbasa, a couple types of pierogies, apple and cheese filled crepes, potato pancakes, Hunter’s Stew, red sauerkraut, spinach salad and a few other things. I tried and enjoyed everything. They have a few types of teas and juices to wash everything down. I liked the apple mint juice best. If you care more about food than atmosphere, this is your place. It’s great to have a solid Polish restaurant in Metro Atlanta and I hope more people discover this place.
