Slightly less portable Pi-Hole showing off the Adafruit I2C PiOLED display. This was a test since my other one has no pins (yet). Picture's not pretty, but you can pretty plainly see it lists some awesome statistics about what this Pi-Hole has accomplished since powering on (just 2hrs) & serving DNS requests to my laptop.

I was surprised to find this package when I arrived home. Yup, that's my project for the weekend...

Finally got my Raspberry Pi Zero W setup in USB Gadget mode. I bought the USB Stem (https://zerostem.io/) . It took me ages to get around-to-it and finally maike something useful of it. I installed pi-hole after the initial learning curve with making it into an Ethernet gadget.
I followed this guide:
https://www.hardill.me.uk/wordpress/2017/01/23/raspberry-pi-zero-gadgets. Now I have a pocket pi-hole I can connect to most any PC, even Windows and use it to block all sorts of cruft from my network.

On another chip for the same Pi-Zw I setup a standard Raspbian Pixel desktop - sans Wolfram Alpha, Scratch and LibreOffice and installed RealVNC Server to show the desktop works. Again, just another toy. No case just yet, but that's something to work on with some wood that I could throw in my bag.

Latest update (release 3) from Libre Computer (Le Potato) board works ok, but I have to plug into my TV whilst on a backup battery, disconnect, connect to my smaller 1080p monitor and then I can view the desktop. But hey, it is at least a desktop now. Actual Ubuntu Z or whatever they're calling it now.

I just donated a 10'er to a superb project - Pi-Hole - I know it's not much, but every little bit counts. If you haven't setup a Pi-hole, you should. https://pi-hole.net

Finally ordered the Rock64 4GB with power supply, case, 64GB emmc and their official DAC. The fact there are lots of OS images is promising. Also ordered via the Volumio shop an Allo Amp Volt Plus + Stepped Attenuator... But so far, I'm loving the great sounds from my PineA64.
