OK, here is some of the "usual" about me stuff...I have 16+ years of corporate Human Resources experience, graduate degrees in psychology, have bought and sold 10 primary homes and 2 vacation homes in 4 different states, am a former art gallery owner, and have had 4 major relocations, most recently from Boston to Carlsbad California.
I really love living near the Carlsbad beaches and truly enjoy helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. That includes providing different ways to search for homes for sale in Carlsbad and in nearby coastal communities.
I spend a lot of time learning about the Carlsbad area, the housing market, connecting with local businesses, and more so I can be as helpful as possible to people who are moving to the area. But I just plain like knowing as much as I can about Carlsbad and enjoying all there is to do.
I am a big fan of technology and use it extensively in my business and communications. But I keep learning new stuff every day and at conferences and webinars I attend.
I enjoy writing and sharing what I know about the area and the Carlsbad real estate market here in Southern California - check out my real estate blogs, but don't hesitate to ask me anything. If I don't know the answer I will have fun finding out for you:
These blogs provide a wealth of information that consumers want and need about Carlsbad and nearby communities and the real estate market in general - market reports, neighborhoods (e.g., condo complexes, subdivisions, master planned communities), things to do, restaurants, homes for sale in Carlsbad and nearby, and so much more.
I love taking photos and videos so you will see a lot of these in my on-line marketing and in my real estate blogs so you will gain a good feel for the Carlsbad lifestyle and Southern California in general.
I am a big art fan, so you will often hear about art-related events in my area that I attend. My wife and I collect art and have for years, plus we owned an art gallery for 3 years in Cambridge, MA (across the Charles River from Boston) for 3 years before I got into real estate.
