Don't do another bodyweight workout BEFORE watching this!  Could save you a LOT of wasted effort....

Thanks for replying Jeff.  Quick bit of advice if I may.  I'm feeling very strong and fit from both a cardiovascular and muscular perspective after AX1 but because I'm fairly heavy (91KG about 20% body fat with a high muscle percentage). I can only do 7-8 chin-ups unassisted.  I have also not been able to complete most of the armageddon sets in 3 mins on the Xtinction bonus workouts due to exhaustion from the xtinction sets.  Do you think I should repeat month three of AX1 and try to get my weight down / strength up further before going in to AX2 or do you think that AX2 is the challenge I need to go to the next level? Does AX2, like AX1 ease you in to the programme to ensure you're ready for it or is it a massive leap up from AX1 straight off the bat?  Many thanks.  Alex

Hey Matt...yep, 6PP can be done as an adjunct to A-X unless purely ab work is scripted on a given workout day.  Can be done with the new XERO program as well.  Good luck on the Mudder!  Make ATHLEAN-X proud!
