Sorry I don't have a photo of my weird experience this morning....................

I had a plate full of fresh meat off-cuts, small pieces,  decided to put them on the lawn for any wild meat-eaters around. Paused to look at new bulbs breaking through and before I could escape it was like a scene from "The Birds". Form nowhere about 30 sea gulls appeared and swooped on the meat, each other and ME in a frenzy. In grave danger of losing an ear.

By the time I grabbed camera to take action shot all the pieces of meat and all the birds were airborne. The whole thing took seconds only. Scary. Where were they when I went out - and from how far can they smell food?

Bit frightening. We find that one bird is on look-out duty, and as soon as we put something out, he/she calls out and all the rest come.

A vulnerability has been discovered within the widely used Bash software included on Linux and Mac operating systems, raising concerns about an exploit that some experts say stands to be more damaging than the Heartbleed bug identified earlier this year.

There seem to be conflicting opinions  - the truth is probably that "they" don't know.

These are sites thought to have been vulnerable before it was spotted, but who can tell?

Prominent sites and services formerly vulnerable to Heartbleed attacks, for which you probably should change passwords: Blogger/Blogspot, Dropbox, Facebook, Electronic Frontier Foundation, Etsy, Google, Imgur, Instagram, Netflix, OKCupid, Pinterest, Stack Overflow, Wikipedia, Woot, Wordpress.com/Wordpress.org and YouTube.

BBC is no longer fit for purpose.
What a rare moment of razor-sharp clarity this week as a spotlight was shone deep into the rotten heart of Westminster, Whitehall and the City of London.

Another critic of the BBC’s coverage has been Paul Mason, Newsnight’s former economics editor who is now at Channel 4 News. “Not since Iraq have I seen BBC News working at propaganda strength like this. So glad I’m out of there,” he wrote on his Facebook page.

If you really want to understand the way the world is right now, please read this. We are being led by the nose into an abyss.
Just imagine if the democratically-elected government of Canada had been toppled in a Russian-financed coup, in which far-right extremists and neo-Nazis played a prominent role.

The assault suffered by George Galloway in broad daylight in a west London street recently was an attack on democracy. Though some might wish it were not the case, Mr Galloway is a Member of Parliament with a mandate to articulate the views he does o...

At least there are still a few decent people in UK. But they can not be heard on local media. And are castigated for their humanity.

I am on a mission to ensure that all children have warm ears in the coming colder weather.  So all my hats and ski hats from age 6 months to 4 years, many with matching mittens, patterned, plain and multi-coloured are now on the website with 25% discount. Most are one-offs, once gone never repeated!

Story
Tagline
Maker of Jacaranda hats, waistcoats, bags etc. and tailored covers for Kitchen Equipment.
Introduction
My signature photo is the Jacaranda Tree, which I adopted as the brand name for Jacaranda Designs. I have been selling my handmade designs for over 20 years first at craft fairs and agricultural shows and now on my website https:// http://www.fleecehatsbyjacaranda.co.uk/ I have added to the fleece collections new ventures - Handmade covers/sleeves for phones, Kindles and tablets in Liberty and William Morris fabrics. There are also tailored covers for Kenwood Chef and Magimix mixers. It has been a fascinating journey from first steps in sewing to the present day - I thought a blog might be of interest so I have set out a few handy sewing hints along with snippets of my successes (and failures) along the way.http://stitchesandyarns-jean.blogspot.com/
