January is the time of the year when we all feel a little bit 'blah' at times, this yoga sequence is for those times! I have put together 5 yoga poses for energy that you can do at anytime when you are feel your energy slump. Last month during December I was feeling stress out and frazzled. I know what you are thinking - 'you teach yoga for a living so you must be totally zen all the time, you can't be stressed right?' - Wrong. Even though on the outside I might be calm and put together - I'm only human, I'm running a business which involves classes, retreats, workshops, blogging, I'm self employed and just like you I need to pay the bills! So yes, sometimes stress does creep in. It's Thursday! I have a lot lined up for today - it's going to be a bit of a whirlwind. I'm leading three classes in and around Bristol so I'll be hopping around the place all day. We are also forecast snow so let's just hope they are wrong with that! Today I wanted to share a quick ten minute warm up yoga flow video I shot earlier this week.
