I'm trying to feel bad for folks far to the east where yet another winter storm is burying them in snow. Apparently they're celebrating acquiring the most basic of emergency supplies, potato chips. #StormChips

Foliage turning right on time. Can't believe it has been a year since I was there. The river is as gorgeous as ever! Planning on seeing the pumpkin people in Wolfville this year? They were really cute last year- Pixar themed.

You know, I tend to go on when commenting on people's articles and blog posts. Sometimes it's okay just to leave a few words and nothing more. I think it may be self importance or ego that leads me to ramble.

Growing self awareness: check.

FYI don't limit yourself when having a conversation with me (as I'm thoroughly enjoying them at the moment). I like hearing meaningful insights and stories of people struggling to discover themselves. Sometimes I've seen conversations almost over and then the personal reveals an aspect of their life that they were afraid to initially reveal and it opens up the conversation to a whole other meaningful level.

At the same time though, I understand your perspective. You don't want want to overload the conversation but share it evenly. Its weird as an introvert, if I haven't spoken to someone in a long time and a lot of stuff is built up, I just unload it like a torrent which can overload people at times. Again it can confuse people who think introverts don't talk much. :)

What are the 20% that get you the most results in your work or field? Have you ever considered that question? With the aim to reduce the potentially useless 80%, think about it. It would be very interesting to hear?
