Embargo modes!

By popular demand, assignments that were distributed via Doctopus (e.g. to a roster) now offer multiple embargo modes.  This means teachers can pick and choose to meet the context of the assignment / place in the assessment cycle, e.g. high stakes, low stakes, formative, etc.

Based on a vote in the Doctopus community (77% in favor), the default embargo state is now "comment only" which means that students can see teacher comments as they are being made, and they can still "make suggestions" even though the doc is technically embargoed for grading.
