As part of our efforts to promote sustainable cooking, Chef Sally Yu is participating in the “Better Burger Project”, which aims to create more sustainable yet better tasting burgers. Try Chef Yu’s entry, the California Oz Burger: 60/40 blend of chuck beef and crimini + portobello mushrooms, melted cheddar, smashed pineapple aioli, California avocado, beetroot carpaccio, sliced tomatoes, red onion, leaf lettuce, challah bun, sunny side up egg.
