For PlexFit, you had to turn it off or you would get duplicate data. It seems like Google Fit and Pebble Health do the right thing and don't duplicate the information.
I am not sure how the information is normalized. And Pebble's website is not helpful in this at all.
But, to answer your question, , I think you turn on Activity Detection in Google Fit... my runs show up. Now, the data seems accurate. I am not sure. I should email Pebble support to make sure.
