Be careful when allowing your Pebble's battery to completely die for a couple of days. I had a heck of a time restoring. Ended up having to download a older firmware and then re-update. My poor pebble was stuck in recovery mode.
They are quite behind in support email, due to the issues some people had upgrading new pebbles to 1.13, the new SDK 2.0, the purchasing spree that happened for the iOS 7 firmware release, and the black friday sale. I would give them a few business days to reply.
Hmm, it's been a while since I have visited google plus ... There is so much to like about it. Seems like every time I come back here there is a new feature or interface enhancement that makes it function so much better than facebook.
