Optical illusions have a way of breaking the internet, and the latest visual trick looks like it’s well on its way. On Sunday afternoon, game developer Will Kerslake tweeted a picture of...

I’m a serial fidgeter. Put me in a meeting and I’ll bob my knees like a maniac, I’ll tear apart coffee cup holders into little shreds, and I’ll pick off the nail polish off my fingers. Now there’s...

Carl is THE MAN when it comes to Miatas. He knows all about them. He's personable, he listens to you, and he's honest and fair in his pricing. When I took my car to him in 2011, he told me that the CV boots had a little crack, but didn't need to be fixed for another 18 months or so. He thinks of the customer rather than just looking for a way to make another couple hundred bucks.

As a downtown resident, I was thrilled when Morgan opened a number of years ago. No more hour-long round trips to North Raleigh to pick up mulch. Not only that, but the prices for triple-shred hardwood mulch were cheaper than what I was paying up in N Raleigh. I can't speak to the prices of other products, but I've been very pleased with prices on mulch. The assertion that they only take cash is flat-out wrong. I've payed many times with credit/debit cards.
