Such shame, much anger, very disagree.
I can't believe this lady (Lottie Dexter skip to Teach children to write computer code (05Feb14)
) has been put in charge of teaching our children to code with very little knowledge of the area, or technology in general. At the very least she could have learnt some basics before being interviewed... feels like no dedication to the cause or interest in the subject matter. Don't get me wrong I support teaching kids to code, but it does not fill me with confidence with her leading it. Getting someone who does not understand a subject to define a curriculum for it is like me defining what doctors should study at med school. Not a bright idea because there would be things I would miss out. Well at least my job is safe... I have met 7 year olds at coding events who could answer these interview questions significantly better. Anyhow I wish her the best of luck for the sake of all future generations who will be put through this and I hope she listens very carefully to any advisor's she brings on board who actually have experience in the matter.
