It's very sad to see a project I started back in 2010 go to the grave. It was one of my first successful endeavours I decided to start to help out the minecraft community; trying to give something back. But inevitably everything must end. I kept the server running for an extra year, paying for it out of my own pocket, as the advertising revenue was almost non-existent.

If you are looking for another resource to download and share texture packs, I would advise posting them to Planet Minecraft (http://www.planetminecraft.com) or the offical Minecraft Forums (http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/resource-packs).

Dear MinecraftTextures.com users,

Effective June 26, 2015, we will be shutting down the website. Since we launched in 2010, we have been very proud to facilitate a service allowing innovative texture pack creations to be shared by talent artists and the Minecraft community.

Due to the decreasing lack of advertising revenue, we are unable to finance the ongoing costs associated with this site.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause you! If you have any questions, please let us know: questions@minecrafttextures.com

You need a jig to make those angles correctly and to the correct measurements. You could make one easily with some wood. There is a guy over on the Overclocking.net forums that made a bending jig. http://www.overclock.net/t/1388300/acrylic-pipebending-101/280#post_20470415

I honestly don't like Mozilla's new stance on privacy with this Pocket integration. I don't care at all about Pocket, and disabled/removed the pocket settings in my firefox (about:config). I am very close to uninstalling my Firefox browser completely.

Firefox, you're supposed to be in my pocket, not the other way around. Disclaimer: I'm a bit pissed off, so this article might contain some anger. Today, I updated my Firefox, and had a new icon on my toolbar: pocket. I took at quick look at the ToS and privacy policy; here is my tl;dr: ...

Story
Introduction
Web Developer/Designer, Artist, Programmer, Technology Enthusiast, Gamer, Geek. I go by the name "Nextrix" on many internet sites and video game communities. The internet and video games industry are two very important parts in my life, as I always try to stay on top of both. One I do for a career choice, and the other for a hobby/future career choice.

I've been working as a Web Designer/Developer since 1998. It first started as a hobby of mine. Now I develop websites professionally. I've worked on many large websites such as, Stella Atrois, Ken Dryden, The Mississauga News, BiC, and now Humber College. My focus has been on developing my skills as a professional Drupal developer and designer.
Bragging rights
Developed and owned the website MinecraftTextures.com for 5 years, before shutting it down in July 2015. It was one of my first successful web projects I did on my own, and hopefully not my last that I undertake on my own.

What beer store decides to close 1 hour early as what is stated on their front door? This one! Has happened on different days in the week as well and is why I now drive to other beer store locations or just go to the LCBO near by.

The only 24/7 Denny's in Mississauga. The service was nice and quick, the food was very good for the price. They server beer here which is a plus in my book! The burgers were not up to par compared to other restaurants, but it was acceptable for the price. This is one of my favourite late night destinations to go for food. I can even eat healthy here as they have some menu items for a person on a diet as well.

The best thing about this place is how late they are open. Whenever I am doing something out late I can always stop by for some takeout. The food is great at this location, that and the one in Port Credit. Totally filling especially for the price.

Since coming here twice the beer has been flat both times. This time they decided to close an hour early even though their sign said otherwise. I was expecting to be able to order food and maybe another drink. The music was too loud for such a small place. I'd rather give my business to other local bars/pubs in the area. It's sad as there are some much better Fionn MacCool's around the GTA, just not this one.

I was surprised about this Kelsey's location, the food came out quickly and was made very well, the beer was not flat or tasting like other beers (which I had occur to me at another Kelsey location). The service was nice, and they didn't keep asking if we were ok. Hopefully this service stays the same, as I plan to come here again.

Everytime I go here the food is excellent, never over cooked, and always tasting great. The prices are very well suited as well. The beer is never flat, even closer to closing time, and honestly I am amazed by that! And the wings, the reason why you go to such a place are amazing! But there other food there is just as good. The only downside to the place is the location, and the fact that it always gets fairly packed. So plan ahead.
