Happy 4th of July!

I’m excited to announce that Millennial Choirs & Orchestras will be performing for the first time in Utah County on Friday, July 17, 2015, at 8:30 pm at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds Arena.  We will be doing an encore performance of our celebration of God and country, To Be American, as part of Spanish Fork City's Fiesta Days celebration. Over 600 participants from four states: four youth choirs (ages 7-18), adult choir, and full symphony orchestra under the batons of Cory Mendenhall, Cherilyn Worthen, and MCO founders Brett and Brandon Stewart. It will be an incredible experience! Tickets are only $9-18. Ticket information is available at http://www.millennial.org/performances/. Please share this and invite your family, friends, and associates. I hope to see you there! You can purchase your tickets online at https://www.sfcitytix.com/?SiteID=0000&EventID=0022.

I'm so excited to be involved in the amazing "To Be American" production.  Successful performances in Dallas and Phoenix have already happened.  If you haven't purchased your tickets for the upcoming concerts in Salt Lake City, Utah or Orange County, California, do it now before they are sold out!

Here is a nice description about the concerts:

As U.S. citizens celebrate Thanksgiving this week, and with the decline of morals and the current effort of certain individuals and groups to remove our religious freedom and our freedom of speech, I thought I would share with you what President George Washington said on October 3, 1789:

“Whereas it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor;  both Houses of Congress have, requested me to recommend to the people of the United States a Day of Public Thanksgiving and Prayer, to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness." (See http://founders.archives.gov/documents/Washington/05-04-02-0091)

I hope we all express our gratitude daily to God and our fellow men.  Imagine what the world would be like if we all did so.  I am so grateful for God the Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Ghost, family, country, freedoms, church, employment, the beauties of the earth, and so many more things.

If the following quote intrigues you, read the full article:

"By simply applying ‘text-align: justify’ to the container, and giving the child elements ‘display: inline-block’ and a percentage width, you’ll never have to deal with horizontal margins ever again! (Oh and did I mention, when using this trick, you’ll also never need to use float on your elements ever again, so you can wave goodbye to those ignominious clearfixes and clear divs too!)"

What a wonderful time of year!  Learn about and celebrate the greatest gift given to humanity!
Jesus is the Son of God, our Savior and Redeemer. Because of Him, death is not the end, and life takes on new meaning. We can change, we can start over—and we can live again with God. This Easter, celebrate His life and discover all that’s possible because of Him.

There's been a lot of talk on PayPal moving to node.js for an application platform. As a continuation from part 1 of Set My UI Free, I'm happy to say that the rumors are true and our web applications are moving away from Java and onto JavaScript and node.js. Historically, our engineering teams ...
