"But we can't do that!! It'll NEVER work here...we're different!" We spend too much time focus on resistance and not enough time magnifying a movement when organizations adopt Agile. Here's a simple technique you can use to navigate the mess that is organizational change.

I completely agree. When I work with internal change agents, I tell them that sometimes they have to live in the 'leap of faith' zone to lead by example and help those who are stuck (usually by fear) in the status quo.

So where do you sit in the change ready versus change resistance camp?I prefer to focus on change readiness rather than resistance. In some ways it presents as way to do the Lewinian force field analysis eg are the forces for change greater than the forces against change? I think when you focus on change resistance that’s all you will see. And for a whole host of reasons which I will explain in a later post, I think change resistance has limited ...

You don't need a framework to 'scale agile'. Scale your facilitation skills first and the rest will follow.
Worry about "Scaled Facilitation" before you worry about "Scaled Agile." Don't underestimate the power of well-facilitated conversations in front of big-visible information radiators.
