Yeah, I really don't. The new look only uses about half my display, and there doesn't seem to be an option to have it use the entire widescreen, at least that I could find, so basically I'm stuck with about eight inches of blank white screen between the google+ feeds and my contacts. It's a little annoying, since before the change, G+ used the whole screen.
Loving the G+ changes, looks great! Hope to see it really take off :)
I can't believe how many people browser with their browser at full screen (judging by people complaining about it not filling). Besides, with all the feedback, I'd be surprised if Google didn't implement a fix soon ;)
It's the OCD in me. Having the browser use a partial screen drives me nuts unless both I'm specifically trying to multi-task while browsing and alt-tab isn't an option for some reason.
I browse fullscreen on my notebook. It's quite clear that they designed this with 720p as the optimal resolution, which I think is fair. Everything fits perfectly at 720p. At 1080p there's some extra white space, but IMO, not an issue.
