Not interested in customer service. Inconsistent in payment/insurance policies. Reasonably prompt in checkout, but we never get same day service in preparing a suspension. Unfortunately, not a lot of places in town will perform the service, so the 24-48 hour turn isn't unexpected. The rudeness of staff when you try to get them to be consistent in terms of pre-payment and keeping proper records, however, is not expected and highly undesirable.
