Hi all,

This isn't a Sitefinity-specific question, but I thought this may be a good forum for it no less.

We're looking at revising how we handle the registration of top-level domains (TLDs) as a university, as it is a bit of a wild west. Has anyone been through a policy evaluation of this sort? Do you have a system in place that you think works well? Any pitfalls you know to avoid?

Another question for fellow Sitefinity users -- how are you handling captions on for photos?

Back in the dark ages of the web we would use two-cell tables, one cell for the image, one for the caption. Currently, we're using a custom solution that actually extracts an image's title and displays it as a caption when a particular class is applied to the image. That approach seems a bit overly complex, and results in some very long image titles.

Curious how other folks might be doing captioning within Sitefinity!

This post references one of my favorite jokes and comedians of all time, and therefore is #winning.

"An escalator is a great example of progressive enhancement and graceful degradation in real life. The late comedian Mitch Hedberg joked, “An escalator can never break: it can only become stairs. You should never see an Escalator Temporarily Out Of Order sign, just Escalator Temporarily Stairs. Sorry for the convenience.” Regardless of its environment, an escalator maintains its functionality."

Very interesting. Given the attention clearly being given to these CAPTCHAs, will they eventually be incorporated into Google Forms?

There was some pretty interesting spam submitted to the group this week, yikes! Posts have been removed, and the user has been banned and reported.
