Interview with EverSeller Founder Corstiaan Hesselink
Sell Anything with an Evernote Note

I have been working with my good friend Corstiaan Hesselink on his new project, Everseller which allows anyone to sell anything through an Evernote note.

I can not think of a faster way to sell anything online.

Corstiaan and I talk about Everseller and all his programming ventures. What fascinates me most about him is he offers Evernote consulting. Corstiaan is a true resource to the Evernote community. If you have an idea for an app and or  you think Evernote can solve a problem, reach out Corstiaan, he may be to help...

Yes, I have been MIA for quite sometime... Nice to write about Evernote here.

Save Money & The Earth Part 2
Infographic

If you use a Keurig Brewer, this Infographic breaks down the benefits of Reusable K-Cups, their sustainability and your money saved over pre-filled Keurig K-cups.

If you use a Keurig or single serve coffee makers, the solution is Reusable K-Cups. They save money (up to 80%) and the earth (nothing more to throw away.)

Of course we could all stop using Keurig brewers, but with 9 billion K-cups sold last year, that is not likely to happen anytime soon... it is the new instant coffee.

Save Money & The Earth
Keurig Never Will

Interesting NYT article last week on Keurig's inability to create a sustainable K-cup for their Keurig Brewers. After 10 years they have come up with a New K-Cup that is recyclable but not compostable, so not green.

Happy Sunday Coffee Day! Updated Coffee Article
I've updated my History of First, Second, & Third Wave Coffee with a section on Fourth Wave. Yes, not satisfied with three waves, they're now talking about a fourth. What does it all mean?

If we have to define a fourth wave, perhaps the best way to characterize it is this way – it’s the best of all waves combined in the rise of the independent specialty coffee business.

Coffee Startup Spokto Beverage Co. Creates Carbonated Cold Brew Coffees and Teas. After recent Oklahoma State University Grad Ryan Parker lost his job to layoffs in the energy industry, he partnered with with his college friend to develop Spotko Beverage, a brewing company that specializes in cold brew carbonated beverages. The newly defined cold coffee and tea beverages actually sold out upon their initial launch at the Home Grown Festival in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Selecting The Best Types Of Coffee Beans For Brewing Coffee At Home

We've all been overwhelmed by large selections of coffee at the market.

Worse, we've all been adventurous, trying new coffees only to learn on the first cup we did not like the flavor at all. These can be costly lessons.

Best way to select coffees we like is to know about the flavor profiles of the coffee beans we enjoy so we can stay in our lane and try new coffees we are sure to like. That is what this article sets out to do, define the different bean types and their distinct characteristics.

Learn more about types of coffee here: http://jmf.im/1WSM3je

Of course, I would be interested to know what types of coffee you like best in the comments below.
