a reporter just asked me if we are in a bubble. Here is what I said:
1. We are not in a valuation bubble.
2. We have companies with unprecedented numbers of users (whatsapp, whisper, snapchat, etc) and revenue (uber, box, yammer, dropbox, airbnb, kickstarter)
3. We do have an unprecedented number of startups being created and raising tiny amounts of seed capital--which makes it seem like a bubble.
4. The last bubble was a valuation bubble and the companies did not have sustainable revenue. People are confusing that bubble with today's market.
