Jason, I was a member of 2 writers groups on LinkedIn.  I don't recall one name but the other was Spiritual Writers' Group.  I was there for considerable time and did not even get a peer review for the free preview of my eBook. I realized it was a totally useless waste of my time and dumped them.  Your group may be better but it is too late for me.  My eyes and patience are too shot to ever be a writer again.  My book was a 5 year intense effort and I was suckered into paying way too much to get it typed.  Now all I get is marketers and self-publishing companies trying to get more money I don't have to sell my lost cause book. I even talked many times with a German Count who was high in the company that published my physics professor's book.  That professor told me to just show up for exams and gave me an A+.  My book explains God and other unknowns in a way the Einstein would have understood as very logical and possible.  It is for people of broad technical knowledge or as an elective course due to the spiritual part for those studying in a technical field.  For those who deal with science verses their Faith and logical assumption that there must be a God the book would give a solid and strong support platform in these times when I think many people's Faith may be tested to the point of death as it already has been for thousands of Christians in lands over-run by ISIS.  I won't go to the extreme that Hell follows if they don't read my book, but it is a Hell of a waste if they don't give it a chance.  My one reviewer said it was very interesting and that I proved what I said I would prove.
This is a total waste of time to post the info yet again but...

A college Dean told me that he could only accept course books from his own professors, I could not diffuse the info into the Jet Propulsion Lab, NASA, or any such entity I could think of.
So now I am not a writer but a deeply committed Politician.  I already write to contacts worldwide as if I knew for sure I will achieve Office and I stretch my neck out far.  I think I have a million people aware of me worldwide and a thousand or more are friends many from which I can extract useful data.  But that is useless without an exponential jump to 50 million U.S. voters.  For that I need the help of all the friends I can muster.  I have worked very hard for a few years alone for the gains I have made, still it is nowhere near enough.  Please, I desperately need your help in any way to spread my key site from which you can link to everything else.  It is...

As a kid, I wrote a lot of stories about my pets. I loved to draw, so I made up these half human/half animal characters that were each of my pets and I wrote them going on adventures. The closest thing that I could compare them to is the TV show Arthur. Looking back, it's fun to read the stories that I wrote as an 8 year old thinking that they would become actual books one day.
