Apple support is pretty lame.
Had my Macbook air and a couple of cans of beer in my backpack while cycling, one of the cans burst spilling beer into my backpack and over my Mac.
Mac booted and charged but fans span at full speed, kernel process taking 100% CPU, etc. So broken temperature sensor, or connection issue. Took in in for a checkup, Apple store declared it a writeoff.
I decided to fix it and proceeded to open it up, turns out the Apple store forgot to add one screw and broke the connector on the cable that connects the IO board to the motherboard. My Macbook no longer charges!
I've ordered the replacement cable but I'll never ever take anything to the Apple Stori Idiot Bar again even if it's still under warranty like my Macbook.
