Sorry to hear about your poor experience. Could you let me know what you paid 25-30% more for? Did you find it cheaper online, and could you send the link? Which manager did you have problems with? Do you remember their name? We regularly check our prices both locally and online and we stay very competitive, especially when it comes to current model year and like style/sizes. We would love to get some more information from you so we can work to make this situation right.
