Weight gain just by adding the average amount of added sugar that most people eat: http://www.opposingviews.com/i/health/man-gains-astonishing-amount-weight-after-drinking-10-cans-coke-day-month-video

Sure most people you know don't eat 10cokes a day, but most of us are intaking this amount of added sugar every day through foods and other beverages.

This breaks my heart: http://www.walmartcruelty.com/ - We have to change. Buy from good sources, please! If you want more information I'd be more than happy to personally tell you how you can eat animals raised without cruelty.
The hidden cost of Walmart’s cheap pork is blatant animal abuse. A new Mercy For Animals undercover investigation, narrated by actor Joaquin Phoenix, exposes sickening animal abuse in Walmart’s pork supply chain, including piglets being mutilated and mother pigs suffering for life barren metal crates barely bigger than their own bodies. Watch the video, then take action!

Before meeting Dr. Arnone, I felt like I was on a bad episode of House MD. I visited all the doctors and none of them knew what was wrong with me. After a few test at the Balanced Body Center, I found out that I was suffering from a systemic yeast overgrowth (also known as candida) and a few other potentially chronic issues. Arnone and his team have been kind, knowledgeable and patient in working with me to get back to not just a better place with my health, but an excellent place with my health. They truly want to see me be the most optimal version of myself, which means they "get" me and understand the vision that I have for myself. I'm so thankful for everything that I have and continue to learn this great team of individuals.

I was a walk-in in the middle of the afternoon. They had an available salonist, so I went directly to a seat for a cut. I asked specifically for a trip and swoop bang cut. My stylist Sheila was great and gave me exactly what I asked for. She was sure to check with me as she cut, so that I received what I wanted. The cut only cost me $15! I'll take the deal any day. I don't get hair cuts often, but you can be sure the next time I want one I'll go to Ruth's and ask for Sheila.

When I moved to Charlotte I needed one of my teeth fixed immediately. I had bit into something hard and it broke one of my molars. I was referred to Dr Taj. This was the first time I was really visiting a dentist in my adult years and I was surprised to find such a modern approach to dentistry. Growing up dental exams and procedures were an agonizing and scary endeavor. This may be why I drifted away from having appointments as an adult. I have been going to Dr. Taj for over a year now and I have felt comfortable and enlightened through out my experiences there. This dentistry provides up to date information and uses the latest technology to show you what is really happening with your dental health.
