Because we are all busy, I curate the content and provide subscribers with weekly videos on topics included in my common sense approach to aging. Nutrition, supplementation, exercise, sleep and lifestyle are key elements in good health and quality of life. People can watch these 3-5 minute videos for the broad brushstroke only or they can further research for themselves with the references included in the video.
