This is simply excellent - and their other videos are superb too, especially Edge of Glory, Corner of Queen and Someone Like You.

I'd love to know more about this story!

An Introductory History and Explanation of the Von Rempel Family

As an author, it is my sworn duty to honour the precise family histories of my subjects. Such will be my direction with the long and illustrious history of the storied and infamous von Rempel's. You may recall that an ancestor of Herr Friedrich von Rempel (late 14th century) - +byron rempel is active within the Zombie Community on +. What you may not be aware of is how far back this family traces its roots.

Though there have been vampyre's (vampires) and the rumored Un-Dead among the lineage over the centuries - the von Rempel's have, nevertheless, maintained their prominent position among the first families of West Prussia. Theirs is a long and dark history, filled with a myriad of spectacular alliances and betrayals, allegiances and vast fortunes gained, mysterious deaths, vanishing corpses, infighting between the various branches of the family, and long-kept secrets that hold to this day. My field agents tell me that their lives are constantly in peril even when posing seemingly innocent questions to any villager acquainted with the von Rempel's. But they press on - as do I.

The von Rempel family story can trace its origins back to one man: Herr Friedrich von Rempel. In 1389 a Herr Friedrich von Rempel was born in Bremen (northwest Germany). He was in the services of the King Sigismund and fought in the war of Hussite (1416-1420) in the conquest of Bohemia, near Breslau-Prussia. Herr Friedrich von Rempel can be found in the church registers in Bremen (which may raise some eyebrows even to this day). Though we know scant little about the life of this man, we know a good deal more about his death. His was a violent, soul-stealing death, forged in the heat of battle...

(To be continued). Interested?

If you'd like to hear more, please signify yes by clapping, er .. by adding a +1 to this post.

Note: This portrait is of a later ancestor. My agents are leaving no stone unturned in locating a portrait of Her von Rempel and later family members. For now, this is the only representation we have of the entire family line. As well, no crest has, as yet, been uncovered. That is another story unto itself.

Future Players and Locales:

Thuringia
Coburg
Görlitz
Silesia
Giessmannsdorf
Pfalz
Bärenhof (bei Schorndorf)
Wolf Rempel
Nickolaus Rempel
Duke Albrecht
Baron von Heydeck
Baron of Liegnitz
Fritz-Frätz in Camperau
Barony Alt-Dollstäd

Well, that is all for now from the minds and history of Messrs von Rempel and Cowen.

Congratulations to my friend Paula, who is interviewed by Mary Joyce this week!

"We live in an amazing world, and at our core we are each amazing beings.  I believe the most important creative act is to create a life you can love.  If everyone makes a life they can love, the rest of our problems are solvable."

You know what? I don't really care, you are all welcome to use this. Make it go viral. You don't even have to mention me, I have already gotten the credit I need. :) Use it as G+ propaganda on other sites and blogs or whatever you like.
It is a GIFt from me to you.
I think watermarks look ugly. I don't do this, because I want to be credited. I do it because I like doing it. So here you go:

I'm just messing about!
Introduction
I'm an amateur digital graphics enthusiast, loving my PaintShop Pro X4. I've also been known to take the odd decent photograph.

I have Arthrogryposis, a disability affecting my arms and legs. I was born with that so after 47 years I'm comfortable in my own skin. I have a couple of other problems, arthritis and ulcerative colitis; pain is a daily companion.

I'm happily married to Ian, who is a bit of a rollercoaster fan. Fortunately it's not a hobby I can share!
