My short wishlist for +Gmail, Google Calender and Keep:
1. Integrate Keep and tasks in Google Calendar/Gmail
    (see also attached groups discussion)
2. support all star types in Gmail app (not only yellow stars)
3. share colors (to choose from) between these apps and web interface
4. allow to name colors (or associate them with tags)

The most understandable explanation of Higgs boson, I've seen / read the last few days

As the NYTimes puts it, this physicist "explains the Higgs boson in a way that makes you feel like you understand it. Almost."

Those who drink coffee have less chance of dying from heart disease, respiratory disease, stroke and diabetes. Man who drank most coffee however had a slightly higher chance of dying from coffee...

Interesting thought

It will be interesting to see how this shakes out.

Coonsidering how increased automation renders not only more and more blue collar but also white collar jobs redundant, this approach may be the only viable strategy in the long run, though of course the financing will be... tricky.

It is now possible to print your own (small) statue...

World's 1st 3D Printing Photo Booth will make a tiny replica of your full body, starting at $250 at Japanese museum http://www.spoon-tamago.com/2012/11/09/worlds-first-3d-printing-photo-booth-to-open-in-japan/  via +Michael Bernstein in today's hot news in Human Computer Interaction (http://getlittlebird.com)

Nice visual illustrations to support product development. Seems to be a nice way to map out epic and user stories in agile development.

I like this guys holistic approach to managing a design project - it just makes sense his way. I've liked 37signals products from the start even while at IBM where we couldn't compete with simple web app products such as campfire.

Unfortunately this video is still quite true for many e-commerce websites...

This how a lot of websites and apps have conversations with their users. Do you think they will be efficient, effective or even satisfied? They will leave early and forget about you!
