Energy Homes in Scottsdale deserve to receive more value for an appraisal simply because they lower energy costs. They can also be more comfortable, improve indoor air quality. Energy costs aren't going down, so the savings can become larger over time!
Many homes in Scottsdale have green features and require value added service to gain the most dollars at the point of sale. Select a green REALTOR!

Offering real estate advice with good intentions oftentimes means we forego commiissions. Your realtor should have your best interests at heart, without thought of what they are earning!
Using wisdom to help others is not the same as earning a commission by helping someone. Sometimes helping others is good for the soul!

Selling your home with solar panels? Make sure you understand all the details if it's leased. Hire a professional agent with credentials to manage your expectations and the sale!
Buying solar panels requires an investment and more decision-making than leasing, but over the long term the benefits of owning your system are hard to beat.

Your Scottsdale, REALTOR®, EcoBroker, GREEN®
Introduction
As a residential REALTOR in Scottsdale, Arizona, my job is to solve problems.  Whether you're buying or selling, putting the pieces together is my specialty.  Scottsdale is a beautiful place to visit and even better to live.  So contact me if you'd like to hear about our wonderful city!

As a Certified EcoBroker & NAR Green agent, my mission is to provide value added service by recognizing green features in homes and recommending them.  For green business referrals in the Phoenix Metro Area, visit www.gotgreen.info, which was built as a service provider for anyone looking for green construction professionals and products for homes.  The Helpful Links tab is designed for anyone, most anywhere.

And as a Volunteer in  Maricopa County, U S Green Building Council, AZ Chapter (USGBC), Residential Green Building Committee, my volunteer efforts help to raise awareness of green homes.  Our volunteers provide information to the building on a ground level basis!   I'm excited to be once again working on adding green features to our Arizona Regional MLS; Appraiser Education; Green Home Tours; Form Updates to ADRE and raising the bar for our Arizona homes!
