Teals online training session tonight.. If you're a software dev & have kids (or want to help 'em), this program helps get CS into our high schools (which is sorely lacking). There's still time to volunteer - our kids need us!

Hello Everyone;

My wife and I are bootstrapping our own online service to help personal coaches book and collaborate with their clients more effectively so they can worry less about their business and focus on providing great coaching to their clients.

I'm a software engineer / PM very interested in understanding how to apply automation to business workflows to help businesses succeed.

We're in the middle of doing customer interviews so I'm very glad to have found this course & community.

Cheers,

Jamil

I'm not sure I understand what the 'Implementation Plan' section on the strategy board should show. I understand it conceptually as the roadmap we choose to get to point 'B'. I understand it in the context of his book, but what about for a software project?

Is it simply the lean startup process of customer development interviews -> Solution interviews -> MVP  and then the cycling?

Or since our business model is software as a service (subscription) should
that be somewhere in the chain too?

Or is it more like:

MVP -> Support Driven Development (we want to use concierge support as a strategic advantage) -> (and then fill in the details of how we’ll do this based on the analogs we’ve identified (Wufoo, Craigslist, Freshbooks…)

Cheers,

Jamil
