A healthy combination of humour and action has meant that Ant-Man is my surprise of the summer. You should find out if it's yours too.

Jurassic World is a great film but free of product placement it is not. Laugh at it when you see it and you'll have a fantastic time.

A Full Day of Music is a mix of tunes that we added because they were the perfect track at the moment we were listening to them. And it's here, for you.

Why not set up Oyster card touch points at each busking semi-circle which could give £1 per tap?

Turned up for a coffee and a light bite and was told by the (quite rude) waitress that it was 'against the rules' to order just side dishes. Shame really. They ended up about £15 down and I've ended up never wanting to visit again.

AMAAAAAAAZING. Perfect perfect perfect. Hidden away with amazing US-style mini-plates of gorgeous-ness, Spuntino is great for lunchtime nibbles and late night snacks. You can't book ahead, so you have to get your timing right, however it's definitely worth the ten-fifteen minute wait because the food is to die for. PLUS! Free popcorn. Winner.

Looking for a cocktail bar to while away the hours? Frevd is the place for you. Hidden away at the top of Shaftesbury Avenue (and underneath a shop of the same name) Frevd is a cocktail of music, alcohol, and london people that I find hard to live without. It gets busy, REALLY busy. But that's part of the fun. It feels bohemian without pretention and cramming 'round tiny tables with strangers is all part of the fun. Get there early, secure a good spot (buy your barman/woman a drink) and then enjoy your evening of madness! :)

My first stop in my #PerfectDayLDN would be for coffee and cake at Foxcroft & Ginger. Great staff, effortlessly cool atmosphere, and chocolate fudge brownies to die for - all of my good days in Soho start here. (Plus they're right next to Gosh Comics, so you can stock up on geeky reading before heading in for your caffeine fix!)
