"As we stand on the threshold of building the next generation of PHRs, moving beyond the current generation of EHR-connected portals and towards an independent PHR that can connect with any/all doctor EHRs, there are lessons that can be learned from the consumer Internet." Excellent article.

Only about 16% of providers from a recent study feel "very positive" about their current EHR implementation.
Physicians are not happy with electronic health records and other aspects of their practices, according to a new study released by the Physicians' Foundation.

The electronic revolution in healthcare should not just be about digitizing data but about better engagement with patients - the people behind the data.

Without a doubt the best pizza in Valdosta! We eat here all the time - it's that good. Oh, and the cheezybread is amazing!

First time ordering from here and we got the General's Chicken. The food was mostly tasteless, except for a fish odor and a fish taste. Maybe they used too much fish sauce, but that was about all that I could taste. The fortune cookies were stale. Other than the rice, nothing was good about this meal and we ended up throwing away a lot of food.

County Inn is relatively cheap for the area and convenient to the 101. The rooms are certainly not luxurious, but they are serviceable. If affordable is what you want, then this is a good enough option. Free continental breakfast and WiFi.

The food was bland and way over priced. I'd much rather go to Olive Garden.
