The new James Thomas Engineering ballast base (B4209) attaches to our standard 12”x12”, 12”x18”, and 15”x15” B4200 series tower bases as well as the larger 20.5"x20.5" B5200 series bases. The B4209 is made of steel, can be hand lifted by the corners, fork entries are also built into all four sides for quicker transport. This base attachment features the same adjustable feet as the tower base to ensure the pad is leveled and requires no modification to your existing tower bases. It can be used as an outboard ballast tray for guy wire attachment and ground staked, if needed. The B4209 container holds up to 3,000 pounds of water weight in a steel imbedded, UV stabilized polymer enclosure protected by a double-layer liner and lockable lid. Filled containers can also be double stacked for up to 6,000 pounds of ballast. Call us or follow this link to request more information:
