I am curious to know what other agents around the country think about this simple page I created about 6 months ago. I have shared it in Google Plus many times in the past, but it's been a while and I have noticed there are a lot more members.. So to the new members I am really interested in your opinion of the page. As a fellow real estate broker and ex-mortgage professional I honestly created the page as a helpful tool for realtors to use to check rates from multiple sources, have easy access to info for their clients, and an easy calculator.  Thanks in advance for your help. If you like the page please show it by sharing in the social links widget.

This isn't my real estate site.. Here is my real estate site http://greathomesofcharleston.com/, also built in a responsive word press platform. Thanks for the suggestions.

Many of us just don't want to mess around with yard work, and/or house maintenance; if that's you then condo living is just what you want. Charleston SC condos downtown are worth looking into. We in Charleston don't have your traditional "high rise" like other large cities, but what we lack in height we make up for in charm and elegance.

Finally. Phew!.. I was beginning to get worried, and I think most were that the small bright spot in housing was beginning to dim. Mortgage rates were SO low for so long I guess it was inevitable that they would have to come up but a few months ago I don’t think people thought they would skyrocket a half point over night almost.

But this week they began to creep up again.. What a roller coaster.

Mr. Toney was a pleasure to work with. Unlike other attorneys I have met he didn't start off with trying to charge me a fee just to talk to him. He helped me answer some simple questions, was very straight forward and took time to discuss options and give me advice. I will gladly come back to him from now on.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Very professional. I hadn't taken my cat to a vet in 12 years. Didn't have an appointment, but we kind enough to fit us in. My cat wasn't traumatized, and they didn't try to sell me on extras. I will definitely return to them. Thanks again Dr. Shuler. Hobby and I both appreciate it.
