I'm not sure I understand what this story is supposed to be about, anyone have any ideas?

Hello! I've not posted here in quite a while, but I've got a new project to share!

Hans Christan Andersen and the Grimm brothers error a lot of fairy tales, some of which we know through Disney reincarnations, many of which we don't. So I've decided to work through them all and read them aloud online to share some of the gems that we're missing out on.

This is the second video in my series, a story by the grim brothers any a sparrow and his four children, and how they learn to navigate the (somewhat cruel at times) world they live in.

What do you think of this? It's love to hear any feedback or suggestions.

Cheers,
-James

Bought myself a nexus 5 just before Christmas. And I absolutely love it. Somehow I still can't get over the fact that this tiny five inch phone screen has just as many pixels as my 23" desktop monitor. The picture quality is NICE.

Two gripes though...
- 5 Inches is a little large for a phone, I find it a little awkward to use one handed, though I'm sure I'll get used to it.
- The speaker is VERY easy to cover up.

Other than that, I love it. I like the hangouts/SMS integration, the camera is great, and that screen.... drools

My camera, MAMIYA C220 Has a little switch to go between single exposure and multiple exposure mode. At some point, while going round Greyfriar's Kirkyard, I accidentally set it to multiple exposures, and forgot to wind on the film. This shot was an accident, but feels nicely spooky and graveyard-y. It makes me want to experiment with intentional double exposures.

My father gave me his old camera recently, so I bought a reel of film and took it for a spin. Medium format photography is wonderful. Having such a large viewfinder really helps with getting nice focus, and the discipline of shooting film is wonderfully refreshing. On a reel of 12 shots, I managed to get more shots that I am happy with than I would have if I'd been shooting digital.

I've been in Canada for the past few weeks, and I just spent last weekend in Montreal. As well as being a lovely city with great architecture, there is a great wealth of stunning street art.
