With MODO 701 SP2 released, I've updated my Vertex Normal Toolkit to v2.0. It's now a full Python API plugin, much faster, more reliable and all-round better. If you're a game artist I recommend checking it out :)

Also, no I don't export cloth parts separately. Skinned cloth only collides against it's own mesh, so splitting it up would break it.

Anyone got documentation on the polypaint vertex colour format exported from ZBrush?

Oh, and if you want xNormal to read it, you'll need the hex values in lowercase. Substance is fine with upper or mixed case.

That's been some fun reverse engineering...

2.2b is out. If you're a Windows user I encourage you go give it a go. It's 10x faster, works with all releases of 701.

Complete rewrite using the C++ SDK.

Mac version coming soon, hopefully.
