Another great thing about this school and how they teach martial arts is that they include instruction on self defense from abduction and also how to deal with bullies. This is why these St. Augustine summer camps will have the biggest impact on your kids lives in the long run. I can also say that Master Holanchock is just great with kids (not something you always see at a martial arts school). He is wonderful at balancing the discipline of the martial arts along with the kids having a lot of fun too.

Making Extra Money with “Retail Arbitrage”
If your current financial circumstances are leaving you in need of a little more dough to help make life easier for you and your family, but the idea of taking a second…or third…job is most unappealing, one option you might want to consider is something called “retail arbitrage.” The term arbitrage is used most typically in connection with formal investing, but the word, at its core, simply refers to the practice of exploiting the difference in price among different markets of a particular asset. In the case of retail arbitrage, the asset is a consumer good, and the idea is to buy that good for a lower price at one store and sell it for a higher price through another store. While it’s not possible for someone to re-sell an item through most retail stores…it is possible to do that very thing through the world’s largest online retailer, Amazon, and it is the ability to do this that creates a way for you to establish another income stream to help meet your financial needs. http://blog.christianmoney.com/2015/02/making-extra-money-with-retail-arbitrage.html

Jim discusses a new kind of business of buying merchandise in retail stores and selling it on Amazon. Is Brian Williams a liar? Is he being treated unfairly? Meditation - is it for Christians? Radio Shack is bankrupt, why Amazon wants to buy hundreds of its locations. Has the latest issue Swimsuit Issue of Sports Illustrated gone too far? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avw8BGaG96A&list=UUlqlFSlSTpEcp0WXecf4s7w#t=41m20s

The Internet has changed just about everything, and that includes the world of credit reports and credit repair. Consumers can now access their credit files online and even initiate disputes through credit bureau websites. Of course, the centerpiece of credit repair is the dispute letter. Today I want to address a frequent question on whether or not to use the online dispute option (now available with all three credit bureaus). #credit   #creditrepair   #creditscore

A lot of debate has ensued over the recent story of highly-paid Philadelphia Eagles football player LeSean McCoy having “stiffed” a server at a local Philly eatery by leaving a 20-cent tip on a $60 check. According to McCoy, the service was terrible, and he wanted to convey that opinion very clearly. In response, the management of the restaurant, PYT, decided to “shame” McCoy over his tiny tip, and posted a photo of the receipt on social media.

Most people remember the stories about Britney Spears public meltdowns, outrageous partying, the shaved head episode, and her widely reported drug problems. The Mickey Mouse Club alumnus turned hollywood bad girl is now thirty one, and from all appearances she appears to be doing just fine. With her recent season as a judge on the X- Factor, Americans got to see a new grown-up Britney. Oddly enough, despite her professional comeback, a court still considers her incapable of managing her own finances. As a result, she has lost control of her $200 million dollar fortune.

The phone rings and as you answer you notice the called ID showing 'Internal Revenue Service." You take a couple of deep breaths and say hello. Next, you are told by a man in a deep, authoritative voice, that you owe thousands in taxes. As the conversation continues he tells you that he is an IRS collection agent and will take your bank account, maybe your home, and possibly send you to prison if you don't immediately make arrangements to pay the past due taxes. These calls are very convincing and the IRS impostors have already netted more than $5 million dollars. Prime targets of the scam are the elderly and immigrants.   #scam

I have seen how the instructors work with these kids at this particular St. Augustine summer camp and it is fantastic. Kids can have fun and learn something and work on their fitness. If you are looking for a St. Augustine summer camp for your children, I can highly recommend this one.

The term 'Strategic Default' has been coined to reference individuals that decide 'walk away' from a mortgage obligation. These are people that are hopelessly underwater on their mortgage, (owing much more than the value of their home).

Although I may be the first to use the term strategic default within the context of credit card debt, the idea of making a conscious decision to default is comparable.

The cost of fast food is going through the roof, but there are still some bargains to be had. I love the dollar menu when indulging in fast food (which I don't do more than a couple of times per week). McDonald's now calls it Dollar Menu & More, Wendy's calls it the 'Right Price Right Size Menu' and Burger King has a 'Value Menu.' So called dollar or value menus offer smaller portions and items that are 'less deluxe.' The first thing you may have noticed lately is that dollar menus prices have been creeping up well beyond a dollar for many selections. Depending on where you live, you may see options all the way up to $2.00 but most are still between $1 and $1.50. #frugal   #christian

They installed two new axles two months ago on my VW Rabbit. One of the axles completely came off the car while my son was driving it in Orlando. We had it towed to a nearby shop using our AAA service and the mechanic told us that the axle was not even installed correctly. The warranty on the part only covered a portion of the bill, leaving us owing $144. I called the Palm Coast Tuffy concerned about all of this. Our son missed a day of work and was put in a very dangerous situation as this happened on the interstate. JJ Jensen, the manager was very nice and told me to bring by the receipt for the amount we had to pay and he would send it to his corporate office to see if they would reimburse us. He told me to fax it or come by. So this morning I dropped by and was shocked at this guy's reaction. With ten customers in his lobby he was yelling at me with a very condescending tone demanding for me to explain why we did not take the car to another Tuffy shop in Orlando. It was unbelievable. I will never, ever, use Tuffy again. $500 and this is what we get?

I had a great experience with this dealership. We wanted to buy a Jeep but needed to get a good deal and keep the costs down. We worked with Blake Webb and he made it happen. We were able to get a slightly used Jeep with low miles and for a great price.

This was the best food I have had in Palm Coast. I have never been to a Carabba's and this one just opened up a few months ago. I will usually go to Olive Garden when I am in the mood for Italian cuisine. The food was just amazing and the service was top level as well. It did not seem at all like a chain restaurant. What a wonderful evening. I will be back again soon!

My wife was refused service because she was only 20 minutes early instead of 1/2 hour early! She had waited 3 months to finally get a new patient appointment, left work early to get there at 2:25 for a 2:45 appointment and was refused service. Needless to say, she found a different doctor in Palm Coast who she will actually get to see! I find it interesting that Doctors think nothing of making us wait and expect us to be not merely on time, but early for an appointment or they will cancel our appointment.

They have very good pizza, how they run the place is very odd to say the least. First, they don't have a sign letting you know this, but they only accept cash. You won't find this out until you get to the cash register. They have an ATM right next to the cash register for people to use to get cash. Secondly, they have a very strange method of fulfilling orders. You order your pizza slices but are required to stay standing up in the line until your pizza is ready. You are not allowed to walk down to the register and pay and then sit down and wait (yes, you must stand and wait 10 to 15 minutes). If you question this they will basically tell you that this is their system and they will not change it. Really a shame since the food is so good. I don't know why you can't pay for your food and be assigned a number and they take your name like most other places. You could then take your drink and go find a table and relax and wait for your pizza slices to cook. I guess this 'system' is what is easiest for them without regard to the customer.

My wife and I love Aviles Street. We discovered this amazing Italian restaurant with great prices and the best service we have had at any restaurant in St. Augustine. After a wonderful meal our waiter brings out a free dessert and two glasses of wine to go with it. The meal was amazing as were the surroundings while eating at a little table on the sidewalk in front. What a wonderful night. We could not give this establishment a higher endorsement.
