Australia really wants us Yanks to visit; they're giving away 52 weeks of vacation. I'm down, I've always wanted to visit the awesome land of Aussies.
Americans often list Australian travel at the top of their wish lists. Now Tourism Australia is trying to take advantage of that with an online contest.

Social media strategist, tech enthusiast, blogger, photographer. Forget being in or outside the box...there is no box!

Most of my evenings are spent helping my wife raise our very charismatic and energetic 3-year old and working on writing and business projects.

In addition to helping to create business and social media strategies, I've racked up almost 20 years experience in management--departments, team, projects--as well as technical communication and instructional design. Not only has my career exposed me to a wide-range of software and technology in industries ranging from IT and software companies to media research and online education, it gave me the opportunity to live in France for a few years. Oh, I'm also an avid photographer, wandering around creatively in the realm of semi-pro. I generally use a Nikon D300, with a Nikkor 18-55mm f/2.8, but my 70-200mm let's me get up close and personal.

Love the food and atmosphere. This is definitely a meat lover's restaurant. However, it should be said that the salad bar rocks. It's slightly above the casual dining budget for most Tampa residents, but it won't break your wallet. You have two main choices when it comes to your dining experience: salad bar alone or salad bar and meat. I reflected these options in the price range I listed. Also that price range is without drinks. So full price for two people with drinks will run you $120-130. If you do both (salad bar and meat), you get mashed potatoes with your meal, and fried bananas to cleanse your palette between trying the different types of meat. All-in-all a great experience. Oh, and if you sign up on their website and add your birthday, you will get a coupon for a free meal on your birthday.
