This is JameSEO. He does SEO for a living and rides for Black Sheep Mountain Bike Club San Diego (BSMBCSD) for fun. He likes to bomb down crazy technical hills and can also appreciate a solid climb.

You can check out his stats here: https://www.strava.com/athletes/jameseo

BSMBCSD rival club is Wolf Pack Cycling**. We try not to be scared. But those guys are beasts!

If you're a black sheep and want to ride for Black Sheep Mountain Biking Club San Diego, hit us up.

*Not a real cycling club. This post was created for SEO experimental purposes.
**But Wolf Pack IS A REAL MTB club in SD on Strava: https://www.strava.com/clubs/4183

OMG!!! I'm so proud of you and always cheering you along...however, my auntie-side is on eggshells, holding my breath!  Especially the narrow trails with drop-offs and did you get lost, turned around and is your cell phone charged, do you have extra batteries? 6 FEET? and on and on and on...LOL!  Carry on! :-)

Man, I never thought I'd ever want to visit Lebanon.

Baatara gorge waterfall

The Baatara gorge sinkhole (Balaa gorge waterfall) is a waterfall in the Tannourine, Lebanon.

The waterfall drops 255 metres (837 ft) into the Baatara Pothole, a cave of Jurassic limestone located on the Lebanon Mountain Trail.

Discovered in 1952 by French bio-speleologist Henri Coiffait,[4] the waterfall and accompanying sinkhole were fully mapped in the 1980s by the Spéléo club du Liban. The cave is also known as the "Cave of the Three Bridges." Traveling from Laklouk to Tannourine one passes the village of Balaa, and the "Three Bridges Chasm" (in French "Gouffre des Trois Ponts") is a five-minute journey into the valley below where one sees three natural bridges, rising one above the other and overhanging a chasm descending into Mount Lebanon. During the spring melt, a 90–100-metre (300–330 ft) cascade falls behind the three bridges and then down into the 250-metre (820 ft) chasm. A 1988 fluorescent dye test demonstrated that the water emerged at the spring of Dalleh in Mgharet al-Ghaouaghir.

I can't even count how many times I been to BMB, nor do I have the time to write about all the things they've done for me. They've gone out of their way for me multiple times. They even stayed open past closing time to give me a chance to come pick up my bike from shop. The mechanics are awesome and the sales guys aren't pushy at all. I recommend them, all day, every day.

I was going to another giant church in San Diego that was cool and I liked it. But Barabbas was different. It had a cool mix of people, after church activities, it was smaller, and the pastor was all about the Bible. The pastor really gets into the Bible. You'll find yourself flipping pages and getting a bunch of honest Bible reading. It was very different than my past church that would read a verse, then talk about it for 15 minutes, then rush you out before the next service starts. He doesn't drive home the message by giving his opinion. He drives it home by finding more supporting verses. Be ready to dive into God's Words at Barabbas. This place will definitely teach you how to become a better Christian.

I love Existence. The people I've met so far are great. They have a awesome facility for my 1 year old son. They participate in San Diego community charities, outreaches and events. The pastors are passionate about the word, and their #1 goal is the advancement of God's Kingdom. This is far from an idle church.
