Fuck, it sounds terrible since it's only (sounds like) it's mic'd up through the vocals but wow, those dudes can sing their asses off! I can only imagine they must be awesome live! Wish they'd come over here to Thailand!!

Dang, you are right in the spot! The audio is just from the vocal mics. I thought (for some reason) the shop was gonna mic up the guitars and drums but that was not necessary being in such a tight and closed up place. The guys can sing its just the mic. We put up that mic at last second and didn't even level it up. It was still an awesome show regardless!

Hey all. I am migrating my arch server and torrent box running rtorrent/rutorrent over to FreeNAS. I will be using the web based transmission plugin on FreeNAS.

The problem is I've accumulated a shit ton of torrents and I never kept the torrent files. I know with rutorrent I can download the torrent file but only individually. Instead of individually right clicking -> download torrent file for each torrent, is there some kind of batch in the rtorrent backend I can run to get all the torrent files?

Thanks guys/girls! And if anyone asks, believe it or not, the vast majority of my torrents are archive.org, libreoffice and Linux/BSD iso's! Promise! :)

Thanks +Uwe Sommerlatt but sadly they're (the .torrent files) all gone since I didn't have that option enabled in my .rtorrentrc.

I do have the rtorrent session files (also ending with .torrent and .torrent.rtorrent) but they can't be loaded into any other torrent app. I've decided to just run rtorrent on my freenas box anyway since there are some other web gui's that will run fine with it.

Thanks all! :) And who says the Arch crowd is narky? +Matt Hartley  +Chris Fisher  :P

Whooo, a bit loosey goosey with the chords at the start! I'll put that down to probably 10+ years without playing this song! Either way, I am fucking pumped for Failure playing again!

So after discarding Gnome 3 on it's release and vowing never to touch it again, I installed 3.6 a few days ago (hopefully pacman -Syu will yield me with 3.8 eventually) but I must say, lots has changed! I find myself quite enjoying the experience and most importantly, I am getting my coding and sys admin work done just as well as I was in XFCE 4.10.

Yeah, out of the box Gnome 3 doesn't suit me and some tweaking was required but I can say the same thing about using XFCE or even tiling wm's like i3 or awesomewm.

Anyway, this is just some shinfo for anyone who can be bothered my pointless ranting!

Yeah, the breaking of extension after an upgrade must be addressed and the Gnome ppl are working on it. Not that it is a hugh problem for me. Last time from 3.4 -> 3.6 it took maybe a week and i had all my extensions back.

This time some of them will also have official support and be ready from the get go.

The extension web page need to be improved too.. now when it has start to be a lot of extensions there it can be kinda hard to find new and interesting ones.

I love the concept of Gnome-shell and have liked it from 3.2. I have in fact a better work-flow now than what i had in Gnome2. My desktop looks nicer too.  ;)

+Adam Outler Do you have any more thoughts on the Oppo Find 5 than what you already spoke about in your un-boxing? Any more from Oppo regarding releasing Kernel sources etc? I'm about to purchase one here in Thailand and I'm about 90% committed thus far!

So I've just moved a bunch of PCs in our Admin department to Ubuntu 12.04 lxde (old Pentium D's we are talking here) and whilst lxde is quite snappy, the same 10, 20, 30mb xlsx spreadsheets that used to open and save quite quickly in office 2k7 on WinXP now come to a grinding halt on Libreoffice (both 3.6 and 4 RC1)

Any ideas of what I can do to speed LibreOffice up? Don't mind making changes to the spreadsheet and what not. My staff are stating to get frustrated at waiting 5 mins to save their spreadsheets!
