The latest in my ongoing series: How Architects and Interior Designers can Design on the iPad Pro. This one shows the process we used to design and present a visitor experience for a major league interactive sports museum. We didn't have enough time or information for digital images, so we had to rely on the most powerful computational platform: the hand.

Slowly but surely updating this popular post about 15 of the dumbest things you'd ever want to know about watercolor--that work every time. Click bait, anyone? Why did I have to update the post? See last paragraph about transition from Squarespace 5 to Squarespace 7.

The Procreate app is a great way to brainstorm ideas with a group. Not only does the software record every jot, but you can edit it to show your thought process, then share the video with the group.

One of the most underrated features of using Procreate App with a tablet and stylus is the "instant replay" feature. It automatically records every brush stoke you make while designing, whether you work in plan, elevation or 3-d sketch. These videos can then be edited in iMovie or the PC equivalent to produce a marketing video that both delights your client and subtly reveals how much time and effort you put in to each design. In this example, I help Rockwell Group in developing the details of a proposed hotel meeting room lobby.
