I had a great experience, I got a really great financing deal given my situation. If you have average credit and are a college student like myself or recent graduate but have a great paying job (or one already lined up) but your credit score doesn't reflect that since you have a lot of student loans, you need to come here. Every dealership I went to had financing from banks where they hiked up the interest anywhere from 15-21% since I am a college student with average credit and a first time car buyer. I got 7% interest rate for a $20,000 jeep with $1500 down at 72 mo. My payments were lower for this car than any other car I was quoted for under $15,000 from anywhere else. Please see Mike Sunderland Jr for the best experience. He also got me 4 free oil changes and an amazing warranty, he even kept my car the first weekend to have my windows tinted and gave me a rental car for free! I will be relocating throughout the country with my job I have accepted once I graduate but I will still be coming back to Cincinnati to see Junior and get my next car!

We bought a 2015 Town and Country Van From Jake Sweeney a week and a half ago. The actual car buying experience was typical. However, I was disappointed that the brand new car we drove all the way from Dayton to see was filthy inside and out and that the new car was missing parts. The sales rep knew that afternoon that we were driving a long distance after work for that particular vehicle. In my opinion, he should have had the car cleaned and the first set of "numbers" crunched. Anyways, I digressed, we were assured numerous times that they would get us all taken care of with the missing parts (the entire inside back panel, including sun-shade was missing.) Now, a week and a half later and there has been very little communication from Jake Sweeney...unless it is us initiating the conversation. The day after we bought the van, our sales agent said he would check with service and give us a timeline. Nine days later, we are having to call him back....and what does he tell us when we request a timeline? We are told that he has to check with service to get the part! Well, what the heck have you been doing for the last 9 days?!?!? Not impressed with customer service. I would not recommend anyone buy anything that required follow up work. The pricing was good...just make sure that everything is complete before you drive off the lot. Seems as if they forget all about you once they have your money!

Very happy with this dealer. I bought a Ram from here about a year ago, the buying experience was easy and straight forward. I've only had oil changes done but so far the service department seems very friendly and do a good job.

I highly recommend this dealership. My partner and I both recently purchased vehicles and received exceptional service and deals. Our sales representative Robert Lee and dealership manager Chris Simon were very helpful without the stereotypical car salesman antics. It was clear that Chris makes customer service THE priority. We now have modern and affordable vehicles that fit our lifestyle and we won' t hesitate to return!

I will never recommend Jake Sweeney to anyone. About an hour after I drove off the lot with my Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi, there has been nothing but problems. Our tire exploded on us driving down the highway.. WE call the dealership and they tell us to leave the truck on the side of the highway and they will pick up the truck the next morning. Then the next day the truck has been hit buy a semi or a negligent driver, or the tow guy could of done it for all I know.. now i call to see if the body shop has even looked at my truck since its been in there for a week now. and the guy isn't there. Go Figure that is how it has been since the day we purchased the truck. and when I call they don't even have my name or my fiance's name in the system. How is this dealership still in business??? Do not ever buy a used car from these people. They will not help you by any means they are only out to make the quickest buck, and they forget about you. Our salesman was more worried about if I would come in and buy a 2015-16 Dodge dart more then getting our first purchase taken care of. Noone has even called to say I'm sorry this has even happened to you guys. they will not take blame for not even inspecting the truck and tires. and who knows if they will ever fix my truck. We had it for less then and hour and havent been able to drive it since. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. DON'T BUY FROM JAKE SWEENEY IN TRI-COUNTY!

Well folks, we were so impressed with the Dodge Ram Limited my husband purchased a few months back, I started looking for a new Mazda or Jeep recently. Watching Jake Sweeney's website, I came up on the most beautiful Grand Cherokee I have ever seen. Went by last Sunday to get an up close view and went in Monday to see Robert E. Lee. Once again, I drove off the lot driving the most gorgeous, luxurious vehicle. Again, the experience was painless, relatively quick with Robert hanging with me through to the end even helping me transfer my belongings from the old to the new car. If you haven't been in to see the fine folks at Jake Sweeney Jeep, give a try. If that isn't your cup of tea, try Jake Sweeney Mazda. Either way I am positive you will leave as a satisfied customer. Give a call - ask for Robert E. Lee! 6/23/15 Our truck purchase this evening was as professional and satisfying an experience as we have always had at Jake Sweeney. Robert E. Lee (yes that is his name) was very helpful in answering all questions no matter how silly, and ensured that all of our needs were well taken care of. He is knowledgeable of the product, stayed with us through the entire sale and gave us instrument panel instruction before driving off the lot. The document signing process went smoothly with extended warranty and gap insurance clearly defined and explained, easing our mind regarding our newly acquired Dodge Ram Limited. Everyone that we came in contact with was professional, treated us with utmost kindness and were all personable. We thank Service for the quick turn around in readying the truck to drive home, we thank Jake Sweeney for the gift of eight oil changes and full tank of gas. We look forward to doing business with you again real soon. We highly recommend, if you are in the market for a new or used car, give Jake Sweeney a chance. Purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins turbo diesel used from Jake Sweeney Chevrolet. Less than 48 hours later I had to return the vehicle for service because it threw a check engine light and was speeding up and bogging down all on its own. I returned the vehicle and had them fix it, being that it is under a new 50k mile warranty and I just financed it I thought it would be done quickly. I have received no ETA on the vehicle and they claim that the sensor they need to order has to be "special ordered" and when it comes in, it comes in. I just called the Chrysler Jeep Dodge parts supplier for their dealerships and 38 dealerships around the country currently have this part in stock. Not only have they mislead me, but they have three different ways of looking up the ETA on parts for service and I have received no ETA of any sort. I was also told that the clutch fan was also fixed already, but got confirmation today that it has just come in this morning. I love the truck I bought, and my sales guy was very patient and got me a great deal, but the service department at Dodge is the worst service experience I have ever had. If you have a warranty, they do not care to fix your vehicle in a timely manner. If your vehicle gets assigned to a man named Damon, ask for someone else. He doesn't know what he is talking about, has only called me back once when he said he was going too, and could not tell me what the sensor that needed replaced was until 1.5 weeks after I dropped it off.

i had spent months looking at new trucks and trying to find what i wanted in my price range. I was told to check out Jake Sweeney, so i gave them what i wanted in my truck and my price range. Kevin Laxton and Arron Garrett not only got me a truck with what i wanted on it it has more than i knew was out there.And most importantly it was in the price range that i wanted. i never once felt pressured and they were more than patient with my questions and concerns as i have never bought a new truck.from going and looking at the truck to signing the paper work and driving off, Kevin and Arron were professional and courtious and made my buying experience enjoyable. i not only will recommend them to everybody but will buy my next vehicle from them. thanks guys.

Today, we lay to rest one of our friends and fellow co-workers, Larry Freytag. For years, Larry hard working, free and fun spirited attitude made everyday at JSA brighter for everyone that was around him. Larry will be missed.
