Be very careful of this dealership. First of all, and maybe it might be the sales person that I had (Charlie Harper), but they were not very friendly to deal with. Never at any point in time did I feel comfortable in conversation. It was always really short answers, and I was constantly being interrupted and made to feel like I didn't know what I was speaking about. The ONLY reason I was going to purchase from this dealership was because of the price that they had offered me. They had promised me A,B,C,D, and E if I would come up and purchase the vehicle. When I made the FIVE hour trip there, everything that they told me, they went back on. Everything. They were only concerned with getting me in and out of the doors. I was just a number to them. Maybe it's just that I'm from the south, but you don't treat people that way. If you want to earn their business, you form relationships with them. I ended up walking out of the dealership completely disgusted and empty-handed. Car shopping should be an exciting experience- they made it miserable for me.

We recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from Mike Jr. and Sr. They were awesome! They made us feel very comfortable and were very realistic throughout the entire process. They will do anything in their power to make sure you are getting the best deal that you can. Mike Jr. was very knowledgable about the different packages and options and made sure that we ended up with what was best for us. Definitely recommend paying them a visit! Excellent experience!

I took my Jeep Wrangler in to get if looked at because I heard a clunking noise. The looked at my jeep kept it overnight and then called the next day and told me it was the transmission value body. So I'm upset because I haven't had my jeep 6 months yet. They call back 2 hours later and said oops I gave you the information for a Cherokee they had in the shop. Then they told me it was my tow hooks so they did something to them. (I told them I could feel it as well as hear it so how I can feel little 2 lbs hooks is beyond me.). Got the wrangler back and within a day I heard it again. So I removed the tow hooks and I still heard it. Sounds like to me they focused too much time on that Cherokee and looked for the easy answer for me. #WorstCarServiceEver

I am now adding to the long list of unhappy customers. Having an ad in hand to lease a Jeep Cherokee and talking to a salesman on the phone before going to the dealership I was assured that everything was above board and no hidden charges or surprises. The ad clearly stated A $99.00 a month lease w/999.00 down for 39 months. Upon giving my initial information the salesman left to talk to his boss and upon returning informed me that the 99 a month was for three months only and then a "normal" payment after that for remainder of lease. Around $300.00 a month. When I grilled the salesman about the misleading ad he responded that he new very little about leases. Really???? Why are you in car sales. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. i wish I had heeded all the warnings on here and saved myself some time. What a joke ! AND PLEASE do not respond to my review with your usual generic response, it only makes you the dealership look that much more shady!

Overall Ive had a terrible experience since purchasing my vehicle. I bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I wasn't provided a second key and the seller seemed too rushed to check for one before I purchased. I called several times and never had one retuned in regards to this. I also have a missing piece of my vehicle (the light cover and portable flashlight in the trunk) which is a pricey replacement. I also was told by another dealership my tires are going bad and the vehicle isn't even three years old and has 33k on it. Also, I ran out of windshield wiper fluid the day after purchasing it and so I popped the hood to just double check make sure it wasn't malfunctioning. I noticed that not only was that empty but the engine coolant level is on the add line and not between add/fill as its stated where it should be in the user manual.. Dwayne Smith did a great job at first but never returned my call about the key. Honestly with how much I bought the vehicle for I should have been provided a second one. I'm highly disappointed and will probably never return to a Jake Sweeney nor recommend any of my family members too.

AWESOME SERVICE. I am in love with my new Grand Cherokee. I recently visited Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge and from start to finish experienced great service. Ron was the best! We told him what we wanted and what we could afford and he went above and beyond to make that happen for us. This was my first car purchase and I was very nervous about it but Ron made sure that I was completely informed about the vehicle, where numbers were coming from, discussed warranties, and all the gadgets. He really knows what he is talking about I highly recommend paying him a visit if you're shopping. Mike and Chris (managers) were also great and definitely make you feel at home. It was definitely worth the trip! I will only be visiting Ron at Jake Sweeney from now on! Thanks guys!

So if you heard that the #Challenger# Hellcat is getting all-wheel drive, that’s not correct. Instead, a mere V-6 version of the muscle car will be offered with power going to all four wheels.
