I live in Indianapolis, Indiana, which for many a year I proclaimed as the armpit of America. Now that I'm getting up there in the years, I've come to realize that Indy is actually a pretty nice place to be.
I love old classic cars, from originals to chopped rat rods... actually lean a bit more towards the rat rods, but hey, who's counting? Some day I would love to get an early '60's Ford or GMC pickup, or a late '40's Dodge Powerwagon, or a '30's Ford or Chevy 4 door sedan (the rear doors are suicide doors... just plain cool), or a '50 Ford sedan... yeah, the '50 Merc is really sweet, but it is just plain HUGE! The Ford is a bit smaller, and in my opinion would be more fun to drive. I also love to go camping. Luckily I have a bunch of friends that love it too. We usually try to go at least once a year, but the past several years it hasn't been so easy, with everyone having kids and well, family life just being busy. It's just one of those things that you come to understand about life. If someone told me what it would be like, way back in the day... well, actually, people did try to tell me, and of course I just scoffed and said "Yeah right, that'll never happen to me!" Well, it has, and you know what? I think it's a pretty damn good way to live. No offense to all the ladies out there, I'm sure you are all infinitely cool in your own ways, but I have Amy, the best woman in the world as my wife. She puts up with my stubborn and (only sometimes) cranky ass, and always finds a way to put a smile on, make a witty comment, and make me laugh. I also have two great kids, Noah and Liam. Check out my photos, you'll see some pics of the boys.
