Android originally shared:

US Android users, we’re rolling out a few new Google Music features to make your experience even better:

You already know that you can upload up to 20,000 songs to Google Music for free and stream them to your +Android device. Now we’re making sure the process is just as smooth for you to retrieve your music from the cloud. We just rolled out a new version of Music Manager that gives you the option to download all your songs from Google Music, including songs you’ve uploaded yourself and those you’ve purchased in the Google Music store. Your music will still be accessible from the cloud, so you will continue to have all the benefits of cloud access. Now if your computer crashes, you’ll have a great backup for your music. You can learn more in our help center article here: http://goo.gl/f4MrD

And, for those of you that have enjoyed being able to share full plays of your purchased tracks with your circles on Google+, now you can easily share +YouTube videos for songs you’ve uploaded to Google Music. Click the dropdown next to the song title to share the video with your circles, and your friends on Google+ can see what really gets you moving.

A few of my coworkers and I put together the ultimate Google interview question:

You are trying to cross a river with a barman, a bear, a fox and a thousand rabbits.

You have a single row boat that travels at 99.9% the speed of light that can only carry you and two animals at a time. The row boat has only one instruction: Go forward. It returns true iff it managed to go forwards.

For every 5 minutes of wait time, the rabbit population on each side of the river will grow according to the Fibonacci sequence.
Also, each rabbit has a unique integer written on its back and you want to line them up in numerical order on the other shore but can only look at 100 rabbits at a time.

You can ask questions of the bear, the fox and the rabbits but the fox always lies, the rabbits always tell the truth, and the bear will eat you if it thinks your question is dumb.

If you leave the fox unattended, he will attempt to jump into a manhole while carrying the cover.

The bear is trying to implement a stack where push, pop and min are O(1).

A gnome appears and asks the barman for a drink, the barman pulls out a gun and the gnome says "thank you" and leaves.

The barman then holds up a ladder that reaches partially over the river, allowing you to drop rabbits onto the other side but you don't know how high a fall the rabbits can survive.

Your answer must be robust as our boats and ladders are flaky, and we pride in building world class infrastructure over flaky components.

How would you unit test your river-crossing algorithm?

I gotta be honest, I really didn't like this CD at all. Love Kid Cudi, but this one didn't work for me.

This is the real way to issue a retraction:

"On this week's episode of This American Life, we will
devote the entire hour to detailing the errors in 'Mr. Daisey Goes to
the Apple Factory.'"

Kudos to +NPR I only wish some tech bloggers had as much integrity...

I'm usually pretty skeptical of people telling me about "can't miss" places, but this place is truly unique. It's a cross between a steakhouse, carnival and a night club. The food is delicious, the staff is hilarious and the party is awesome. Also the staff:patron ratio is like 1:3 so you'll never be short of a drink. Make sure you go to the one outside of the city, everyone there is definitely in for an all-night party so it makes the atmosphere incredible.
