The main problem with this is we know they were standard SMS messages. This wasn't anything criminal so it explains the no real investigation. All US carriers hold SMS messages for 24-48 months. Since they could not legally demand the phone records this helps Brady. He is mad because of the money. This is a private business just doing an internal investigation. Cheating is huge in sports. He is lucky it's not like a lot of places where both employees get fired such as with many sexual harassment cases. A true sportsman would have told officials when he knew what was going on. There is little sportsmanship when billions of dollars are involved.

It's the same scenario when a player assaults another out of anger. They are not charged with assault and put in cuffs in the field and made to wear ankle braclets and put in the country jail for 60 days. They are children and most act like it.

Fair warning. It's entertaining, but I don't see the actual appeal of organized team sports. Their is a reason they bleed the poor and bottom middle class as their base. No different then casinos.

Should racists' voices be silenced? via Jacqueline Scott
I have been pondering this question recently. Hulk Hogan, legendary wrestler of the 80s and 90s, is basically having his career erased from the WWE website due to racist comments that have been made public from a sex tape. The National Enquirer made the transcripts of this tape public. They were leaked from a million-dollar lawsuit…

From all corners of the internet I have been reading about Cecil the lion, and began reading.  Cecil the lion was a major tourist draw at Zimbabwe’s Hwange National Park.  Walter Palmer, a dentist from Minnesota has been identified as the man who paid at least $50,000 to "ensure a legal hunt." Palmer admits to killing…

"Fresh" is a strange word. Like "natural," it's very difficult to point to what it means. The PBS series Mind of a Chef devoted an entire episode to exploring the slippery concept of fresh. We like to think that "fresh fish" means that the animal was taken out of water just yesterday before being lovingly and carefully…

+NickiMinajAtVEVO and her Anaconda post via +Zeycan Yildirim
#TeamNicki and #TeamTaylor hashtags seemed to be repeated upon my timeline over and over on Twitter. Talks of a Twitter Beef and whatnot--I was so out of the loop but I knew something must have occurred. Only, then I find out it happened during the VMAs, the infamous awards for drama. If it's not Kanye…

By now, the lament for the way in which our culture privileges athletics over education is an old, common sentiment—but Key & Peele has breathed new life into the apt observation in their latest sketch, “TeachersCenter.” A spot-on parody of SportsCenter’s hyperbole-laden talking heads, busy CGI ticker screens, and obsessive play-by-plays, the...

That just shows you how backwards our society is! That we have so many sports shows geared towards show casing athletes and them making millions of dollars. When our teachers should be making a lot higher of a salary then they do. Even college coaches make more money then college professors. If we show cased teachers I bet we would see improvements in school scores and have a better education system then we do now.

Blurring the line between red & blue by letting the world see through purple tint glasses.
Introduction
“Several technological and political forces have converged, and that has produced a global, Web-enabled playing field that allows for multiple forms of collaboration without regard to geography or distance – or soon, even language.” – Thomas Friedman

The policies behind & the deliverance of education are not only vital to global prosperity, but are most importantly the quintessential tools needed to bring collaboration, and ultimately peace, to the international stage. It is through this belief that I have chosen to dedicate my career to learning about & delivering transparent, interactive, and innovative educational policy in all age brackets, most specifically youth & young adults.

I have no doubt the path that leads to fostering intellectual, collaborative, and respectful discussion on difficult subjects both at home & abroad is the world wide web. Education is not meant solely for the classroom or the youth sitting at desks inside it, nor should it be seen as a nuisance one must finish as quickly as possible in-order to start "real life". It is meant for everyone, & for those of us no longer behind a desk we soon realize the assurance that we can speak freely without slander from our peers is completely gone outside of our youth.

I don't like this, in-fact, I'm here to change it. I have travelled the globe, lived on three continents, & been an educator throughout. What I have I learned? People want a place to discuss topics that are important to them and learn about ones that should be without the fear of belittlement. Somewhere that there is no red or blue, but that everything is purple - bringing the red & blue together in the most beautiful, vibrant, and most importantly respectful way. This is why I founded The Sexy Politico. Dedicated to the purple by having world-wide authorship from all demographics, view points, & beliefs to discuss any and all topics in an intellectual, collaborative, & constructive manner, focusing on the ones that matter most.

I am the Founder & Publisher at The Sexy Politico & an ESL Teacher at Shane English School in Wuxi, China. I earned bachelor degrees in Political Science & History with an emphasis in South East Asian studies from Northern Illinois University in 2007 & have since been consistently publishing article in these fields both online & in print.

  • The Sexy Politico
    Founder & Publisher, 2009 - present
Starting as my personal political blog in 2009, http://thesexypolitico.com has now transitioned into The Sexy Politico - board-based online publication company devoted to highlighting our readers & authors opinions through intellectual, collaborate debate from both sides of the story. Since the transition we have increased our unique subscriber count by the tens of thousands. From everywhere in the world except Antartica, these subscribers are reading & interacting with authors who are posting from three continents, in every age bracket, & with a full range view points on any and every topic. The idea is simple - we don't push any agenda what-so-ever on our readers or authors, instead encouraging & highlighting their individual opinions on topics that many people don't want to talk about - but should. Our authors provide research, links, books, or whatever they must in-order to deliver their opinions with support, eagerly welcoming those who agree or disagree with them. We are blurring the divide between red & blue by letting the world see through our purple tint glasses.

    ESL Teacher, 2012 - present
English Second Language instructor at a private language school in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China for children ranging in age from two to fifteen years old & also spend a lot of time instructing/helping at local public schools in the Wuxi area. Success in the classroom is built from unique weekly lesson plans that foster a multi-lingual learning environment so students can feel comfortable while pushing them to become more comfortable in English, with fluency as the ultimate goal. Within a multi-national environment I directly facilitate new ideas & concepts with the different offices to help build a more international approach to educating children abroad & stateside.
  • Peace Corps - Bulgaria
    English TEFL Teacher, 2010 - 2012
During the week days I taught High School English in a small Bulgarian village and during the evenings taught English to the adults in the community. I was required to meticulously track the grades, test results, and behavior of the High School students for the Ministry of Education & at the beginning of each school year I had to develop an in-depth course guide to be followed throughout the academic calendar. To incorporate English language activities with my students I facilitated a pen-pal exchange program with the High School I graduated from in the United States. The program's intent was to increase cultural awareness and interaction between Bulgarian & American youth. In the summer months I organized English workshops available to both the youth and adults of the community.
