If you explain that it costs a lot but tastes soooooooo good it helps with child logic to understand why they aren't getting a gigantic bar (or bunny yikes!).
Why do this? That's going to get expensive isn't it? Well... sorta but then something magical happens: Your kids become chocolate snobs. When they taste normal chocolate they won't like it or want it. They will want the good stuff.
Which is served in small doses due to price ;)
It works with many foods. One of my kids is a cheeseburger fanatic. I've never blinked at buying her the best damn burgers I can find and now she's a bit more picky :) It works! :)
