I find the popular saying "When in Rome, do as the Romans do" pretty awkward. First, the word "do" appears twice in sequence, without the decency of at least introducing at least some alliteration. "In Denmark, do as the Danes do" would be way better, for example. Then, the saying doesn't rhyme, ...
