Anyone have any experience with the Henry vacuums? We need to purchase a new vacuum for our Inn and cottages. I want a canister vac and have always had good luck with Miele vacuums, but when I went to the vacuum store the owner recommended the Henry and now two other people (non-inn owners) have as well claiming it's commercial as opposed to residential, larger bag capacity, less expensive bags, longer motor warranty, longer cord, etc.

These all sound like great (and helpful) attributes for an innkeeper and I know the vacuum is a tool and shouldn't have to "match" the decor of our 240 year old Inn, but I can't quite get past the red smiling face of the Henry. Does anyone actually own one of these vacuums? I would be interested in hearing your experience regarding its performance and also if you know if they can be ordered without the face (I've heard both yes and no from two different distributors). Thanks in advance!

Yikes! I don't remember the exact number, but we've had well over 200 Trip Advisor reviews for a long time. Just checked my TA listing and it now says we have 167 reviews! They did recently remove a negative review from an angry person who never even stayed here, but where did the other 40 or 50 reviews go???? Anyone else have this happen to them? Anyone know who to contact at TA? There's nothing on their help page about missing reviews nor can I find a phone number that connects to a real person.

For those of you who offer custom engraved champagne flutes for your weddings +/or romance packages, is there a company and/or particular design you have experience with you'd recommend? Thanks!

A nice piece on our farm and lodging written by nationally syndicated columnist Eileen Orgintz of Taking the Kids. We had a great time here on the farm with Eileen and her family. So much fun to share our passion with guests who are so interested in learning about fresh, local food! Thanks Eileen.
