We lost a great constitutionalist yesterday. Rest in peace Judge Scalia. You are a great American! Our prayers go out to your family and friends.

Get ready for open carry in Texas! This is the first time that I have seen the new signage for a business to ban patriots from open carry on their premises. Open carry will be legal in Texas starting on January 1, 2016. It's about time Texas!

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope everyone is able to spend some quality time with friends and family.

This is strange.  I wonder why the USCIS decided to waive the signature requirement on US permanent residency identification cards?

I can't think of a single US federal, state, or local identification card (drivers license, library, credit card, voter ID, etc...), or any card for that matter, where I am not required to provide a signature.

Does anyone know why this requirement was waived in Feb 2015 by the US federal government?

This is very cool! My only concern would be hitting it on something in the water as a result of not knowing your adjusted clearances. For racing, I could see this making mark roundings interesting. Imagine the collision potential. Nevertheless, very nice!
